The dictionary lists Railanne, Raylane, Raylanne and Rhaylane as spelling variants of Railane. In the 2022 Census, IBGE recorded 11,188 people named Railane, with a median age of 18; proportionally, the name is most common in Amapá. The name is almost always female, and most of the people were born in the 1990s and 2000s.
